I hope everyone had a wonderful "winter" break even though it did not feel much like winter outside! I just wanted to update everyone on what all is going on in our class. Like I already stated, we are only 5 school weeks away from the Milestones test taking place and we have A LOT to cover over that time period. Sixth grade will be finishing up their Geometry unit this week and will begin their Statistics unit next week. Seventh grade is beginning their Statistics unit this week and will test over it at the end of next week. It is important that you are at school every day so that you do not get behind in you school work. If you do miss a day, please check with me to see how you should make up that work. Also, if you feel as though you are getting behind, make sure you come to tutoring for extra help. I am here Wednesday mornings at 8 am for sixth graders and Thursday mornings for 7th graders. Please let me know the day before tutoring if you plan to attend so that I can write you a pass to come to my room. Finally, the third grading period officially ends on March 14th. Make sure you are completing any missing work that you may have for my class. Check with me if you ever have any questions.
